Equipment, installation and terms

Proposed dimensions and prices, subject to venue layout and production costs. Exhibitor badges cover access and setup; they do not include VIP benefits or the gala. Custom construction, branding, transport, storage, water, dedicated connectivity and additional electrical power are quoted separately. Electrical capacity, timings, tax treatment and booking terms will be specified before commitment.

You can offer furniture, technical equipment, transport, catering or expertise. Taleli Agency assesses the contribution and agrees its value and benefits in writing. It does not automatically provide a stand.

What does my partnership cover?

A proposal will specify materials, content, access, placements, schedule and reporting. The agreement sets the selected commitments.

When does my commitment become final?

The online request starts a conversation and does not reserve space. Confirmation, postponement and cancellation terms will be defined before signing.

How will visibility be assessed?

The planned review will distinguish distributed materials, published content, completed activities and introductions made. Indicators and deadlines will be agreed in advance.
